In this role, you will work closely with the online shopping team to ensure seamless service, while adhering to operational standards. Your responsibilities include delivering groceries while maintaining a safe and clean delivery vehicle and addressing any customer service inquiries promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver groceries using a fully equipped delivery van
• Resolve customer service situations effectively
• Achieve operational standards for online shopping
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicle
Requirements:
• Valid class 5 driver’s license from British Columbia
• Clean driving abstract and strong customer service background
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work in all weather
• Proficient with mobile technology and GPS
