Seattle Final Mile, (DSP), is looking for reliable and energetic delivery drivers based on San Juan Island. We’re looking for dependable local team members who enjoy independent work, driving, and serving the San Juan Islands community.
All routes start and end on San Juan Island.
What We Offer:
- $27.50/hour starting pay
- $1000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time new hires

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver 100–150 packages daily using a company-provided van.
- Walk 7–10 miles per day, climb stairs, and lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Work independently while being part of a supportive team
- Enjoy your shift while exploring the beautiful Island

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are 21 years or older
- Have a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Are physically capable of walking 7–10 miles/day and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Can work in all types of weather (MUST BE COMFORTABLE DELIVERY IN THE DARK)
- Have great time management and a positive attitude

- Are you over the age of 21?
- Do you have a valid driver’s license with no DUI or felony infractions in the last 7 years?
- Have you worked for a DSP provider before? If yes, who and when?
- Do you have experience driving box trucks, cargo vans, etc.?
- Are you comfortable working in all weather conditions?
- Are you available to work at least one weekend day per week?
- Are you comfortable working in the dark?
- Can you walk 7–10 miles and make 100–150 deliveries per shift?
