Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional Domino’s Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering customer orders safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a positive attitude. Delivery Drivers play an important role in making sure our customers receive fresh, hot, and high-quality food with great service.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver pizza and other menu items to customers in a timely manner
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during each delivery
- Confirm orders are complete and accurate before leaving the store
- Handle cash, card payments, and tips properly when required
- Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Keep delivery bags and vehicle clean and organized
- Assist inside the store when not on delivery, including food preparation, cleaning, folding boxes, stocking, and helping with customer orders
- Communicate with the manager or team members regarding delivery delays or customer concerns
- Follow Domino’s food safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear the required uniform during shifts
Experience and Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle and valid insurance, if using your own car
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be punctual, responsible, and able to follow instructions
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
