What role you will play in our team

As a Dedicated Administrative Assistant, you will be the primary administrative point of contact for an entire department within the Kearl Team, supporting employees both at the Calgary Office & ad the Kearl Operating site.

What you will do
Managing time writing, and time keeping in Kronos and other auxiliary systems;
Processing personnel logistics activities including org charts, communication, and access management;
Actively supporting and assessing needs of client group direct reports, identifying key resources (i.e. payroll, IT, HR);
Processing approved purchases via P-Card (Credit Card) along with associated invoices and expense reports
Promoting relevant technologies to facilitate administrative support;
Coordinating scheduling and logistics of team meetings
Actively seeking out ad hoc responsibilities
About you

Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Able to work individually, as well as in a team situation, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

Preference for Candidates who have completed a relevant diploma/certificate program in Administrative Information Management or similar program.
Preference for candidates with administrative experience in the energy industry.

Start date: August, 2024

Location: Calgary, AB

Work term: 12 Months

Eligibility to work in Canada
