This supervisory role requires experience on semi-submersible rigs and involves organizing all deck activities related to loading and unloading. The Deck Supervisor will ensure maintenance and inspections of equipment while leading the deck crew and managing logistics with clients. Strong communication and a structured mindset are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and plan deck operations and loading activities
• Operate cranes safely within specified limits
• Monitor cargo and ensure secure sea fastening
• Conduct equipment maintenance and safety inspections
• Mentor crew and ensure adherence to operational procedures
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Previous experience as a Deck Supervisor on Semi-Submersible
• Stage 3 Crane Certificate or ability to obtain
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Must pass physical, drug screen, and background checks
Lead deck operations effectively and ensure safety standards in all activities.
