Duties

  • Lead the dealership’s sales efforts by developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients through outbound calls and cold calling to closing high-end vehicle deals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service, upselling, and effective negotiation to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Oversee inventory management and control, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate dealership records.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions for seamless sales support.
  • Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts to establish partnerships with corporate clients or fleet buyers.
  • Deliver engaging public speaking presentations at promotional events or dealership openings to attract new customers.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer experiences both in person and via outbound calls.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials, new vehicle launches, and community events.
  • Ensure compliance with retail math principles for accurate pricing, profit margins, and inventory valuation.

Skills

  • Proven experience in automobile sales, dealership management, or retail sales with a focus on high-end vehicles.
  • Strong outside sales skills with a track record of building a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client bases.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing inventory control, CRM data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Outstanding communication skills—public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service—to create positive interactions at every touchpoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM software tools for tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Experience in inventory management, retail math calculations, and automotive marketing strategies.
