JOB DESCRIPTION

Dealer Development Advisor – Maternity leave 11-Month Contract

BRP is looking for a Dealer Development Advisor for a maternity leave cover on a duration of 11 months contract. In this role, you will play an important Administrative and account management facilitator type of role. Your organisational and administrative skills will set you up for success and an understanding of legal contracts and franchising would be highly regarded.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Ownership of the Administrative process, and account maintenance. The scope includes various Network development duties, dealer appointment process, dealer performance notices, franchising

document management

, and supporting the Master Account and PMA Primary Market area creation.

, dealer communications, managing calendar, and creating publications. System administrative tasks as required. Liaison with the region sales team and key internalstakeholders. New Customer On-boarding and online training. Be the owner of the dealer onboarding process and the account creation process.

Supporting new business partners with BRP systems and Programs, ensuring support post-appointment. On-site training will be provided by BRPTravel to dealerships as required. Manage travel diary and all expenses for travel accordingto allocated budget appropriately when required. Effectively manage to deliver retail external signage. Maintain and report on the progress of Signage projects with stakeholders, and facilitate discussions.

Effectively manage the dealers and project overview to meet timelines, expectations, and track deliverables. Some exposure to signage management is an advantage. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

University diploma or Degree

Project management

and project planning experience (1-3 years)

Demonstrated Administrative Experience in Automotive or similar industries (1-5years)

Exposure to and or basic understanding of legal contracts, ability to successfullyhandle sensitive and complex situations

Advanced MS Office Suite skills, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point Good  knowledge or experience in SAP and Salesforce an advantage

Ability to

work autonomously to tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a busy

collaborative work
