Flock Rotisserie + Greens is hiring a reliable and motivated part-time Prep Cook to join our catering and production kitchen. This location focuses on catering and takeout operations, providing a structured, daytime work environment with a great team and consistent hours.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Typical shift: 9 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Start times may occasionally vary between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- Additional hours may be available during busy catering periods
What You’ll Do
- Prepare fresh ingredients, salads, proteins, and sides
- Follow recipes and portioning standards
- Assist with catering and daily production
- Open and set up the kitchen for service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs
- Work independently while supporting the kitchen team
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous kitchen, prep cook, or food-service experience
- Is dependable and consistently arrives on time
- Works efficiently and takes pride in their work
- Pays attention to detail and follows recipes accurately
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Has strong food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Brings a positive attitude and team-first mindset
