What You'll Do
🔹 Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
🔹 Perform data cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering to support advanced analytical and machine learning models.
🔹 Develop, test, and maintain predictive and prescriptive models using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
🔹 Partner with technology teams to deploy analytical solutions and machine learning models into production environments.
🔹 Support the complete Machine Learning lifecycle, including model development, training, testing, monitoring, validation, and performance evaluation.
🔹 Work closely with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions.
🔹 Document methodologies, assumptions, and model outcomes to support governance and review processes.
🔹 Present analytical findings, recommendations, and project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🔹 Stay current with emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.
Required Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
✅ 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or related disciplines
✅ Hands-on experience developing, validating, and evaluating machine learning models
✅ Strong understanding of ML/DL techniques and model development best practices
✅ Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, PySpark, TensorFlow, or similar analytics and machine learning frameworks
✅ Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies
✅ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
