Data Entry Processor, Promotions Jobs in Saint John at Inmar

Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of a manager, the Data Entry Processor is responsible for the accurate and efficient entry of data into one or more databases in support of the Canada rebates operation.
Primary Accountabilities:
Maintain electronic files and processing folders
Perform accurate and efficient data entry; proofing entries as you go
Confirm the accuracy of data keyed within the system
Enter notes for client into the system for missing information as needed
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualification:
High School Diploma
0-2 years of related work experience involving computer data entry; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
Perform detailed alpha/numeric data entry; rapidly and accurately
Utilize computer equipment; possess basic typing/keyboarding skills
Intermediate level proficiency using computer systems (G suite, Excel, and Word)
Take accurate messages; maintain files and records using basic English composition
Speak in a clear and understandable way with proper use of spoken English language
Organize tasks and time to ensure timely completion of all projects
Follow general office practices and procedures
