The salary offered for this role is determined with consideration to various factors, including but not limited to: your work location, local labour market conditions, external market salary data, internal pay equity and the knowledge, skills, experience and anticipated proficiency in the role. The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range: $38,500.00 – $50,000.00. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are still encouraged to apply.

Job Overview

Working under general supervision, the Business Development Technical Coordinator will assist the Executive office Business Development department in providing support to sales and distribution teams across Canada.

Job Responsibilities

Processes and performs general and financial administrative tasks related to business development system administration and data entry

Assists in making recommendations for process improvement that will maximize capabilities and enhance user experiences with business development processes
Support the scheduling of team events
Assist in the development and administration of training materials, broker communications and other business development documents
Maintain and organize internal SharePoint sites and shared drives, ensuring information is updated and accurate
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel, PowerPoint, SPM, and CRM software

Strong client service orientation with the ability to conduct reviews of information carefully and comprehensively

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent analytical and problem solving with the ability to select and implement best solutions

Strong ability to multitask and monitor progress to meet deadlines

Effective and clear verbal and written communication

Proactive planning and organizing skills with the ability to monitor performance and results

Enrolled in Post-Secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field would be considered an asset
