Responsibilities:

Input and update data accurately and efficiently into computer systems and databases.
Verify and ensure the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and performing quality checks.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files according to established procedures.
Retrieve and review data for completeness and accuracy, making corrections as needed.
Assist with data cleanup and data validation projects as assigned.
Follow data entry procedures and protocols to maintain data integrity and security.
Respond to inquiries and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
Generate reports and summaries of data as requested by management.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and protect sensitive information.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with computer software and data entry tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and databases.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
