A growing organization within the travel and hospitality sector is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract basis, with potential for permanent employment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting multiple business functions within a fast-paced environment. The organization offers a collaborative culture and the opportunity to gain exposure across operations, sales support, and client administration.

Your New Role

As the Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client and booking information, processing invoices, supporting internal teams, and ensuring data integrity across company systems. You will work closely with Operations, Sales, Air, and Support teams to ensure information is entered accurately and processes run smoothly.

This is a fully remote position operating Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, enter, update, and maintain client profiles, booking details, and trip information within CRM systems
  • Generate and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Review booking documentation to ensure all information is complete and accurate
  • Support Sales Agents and internal support teams with administrative and data-related tasks
  • Ensure all invoices comply with internal processes and standards
  • Collaborate with Operations, Support, Air, and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance accuracy and productivity
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information
  • Organize and maintain data records across multiple systems

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, travel operations, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the travel or hospitality industry
  • Understanding of invoicing and billing processes
  • Experience using HubSpot and/or ClientBase
  • TICO certification or licensing
  • Experience supporting multiple internal stakeholders
