Pay Range: $64 – $77/hr
Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support a major business transformation initiative. This role will focus on data validation, analysis, system testing, and issue investigation within a complex enterprise environment
.The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure data accuracy, support testing activities, analyze reporting outputs, and identify the root causes of data-related issues during a critical technology transition
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate data across multiple systems and data sources
- Support testing activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes of issues
- Review business and technical documentation to understand data flows and relationships
- Develop and execute SQL queries to validate data and reporting outputs
- Partner with project teams to resolve data quality and reporting issues
- Document findings, recommendations, and resolution activities
- Participate in project meetings and provide insights on data-related observations and risks
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role
- Advanced SQL expertise, including strong knowledge of window functions
- Experience analyzing large and complex datasets
- Strong reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and investigate data issues
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or other testing initiatives
- Experience working with data mapping documentation
- Business Analysis experience
- Exposure to large-scale technology, data, or process transformation projects
