, the company wants to modernize its approach to Cybersecurity & IT resiliency and transform securely.
The company has updated its cybersecurity vision and strategy. A transformation plan and roadmap of improvement initiatives have been developed. The Cybersecurity Architect Advisors will work closely with the Cybersecurity Program Manager, the Cybersecurity & Resiliency team, Enterprise Architecture, and other technical leaders across.
Services The successful candidate will provide delivery and architecture
leadership
for the IGA and PAM projects. The specific services include but are not limited to the following:1 Provides an advanced level of expertise in managing activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
2 Accountable for production of Solution Architecture Documents, ensuring alignment to the Enterprise Architecture and the overarching IT Strategy through regular
collaboration
with stakeholders.
3 Clearly communicates the essential elements of the overall solution to ensure the business implications of a design can be understood by impacted teams.
4 Reviews business context for solutions to security challenges as well as defining the lifecycle and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options (which may include RFIs, RFPs, POSs/POVs or prototype development), guiding the selection the most optimal option.
5 Communicates the solution to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing architects and other technical leads in the formalization and adoption of IT security standards and procedures.
Deliverables The successful candidate will provide the following role specific deliverable-related activities for both IGA and PAM projects:1 Review internal readiness to implement the project scope and review plans to deploy future capabilities.
2 Review winning vendor proposal prior to MSA/contract award/signing to advise of any commercial risks and/or concerns to bring forward into master services discussion.
3 Review winning vendor proposal prior to MSA/contract award/signing to advise of vendor key personnel selection and/or concerns.
4 Review winning vendor proposal for plan/schedule/scope related risks and concerns to bring forward into Statement of Work discussions ahead of sign-off.
5 Review and advise on vendor schedule and plan deliverables.
6 Review and advise on Project Manager schedule and plan deliverables.
7 Review solutions architecture documentation for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
8 Review and advise on Test Plans completeness and quality.
9 Review and advise on
Change Management
plans, knowledge transfer and training plans completeness and quality.
10 Review and advise on Proposed Managed Services and Sustainment Models.
11 Other activities requested by the company to support project goals.
