Position Summary

Administers the documentation processes required to import and export merchandise and materials in compliance with federal, state, local, or country-specific regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with government agencies, customs brokers, and internal teams to streamline the customs clearance process, minimize delays, and maintain accurate records, playing a pivotal role in the smooth cross-border movement of goods

Schedule: 40 hours

What you will do

Prepares and reviews all required documentation, coding, and calculations of duties, tariffs, price conversions.

Completes any required payment transactions that accompany shipments.

Ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customs authorities, government agencies, and regulatory bodies to facilitate the smooth flow of goods and resolve any customs-related issues or inquiries.

Conduct regular audits of customs documentation and processes to identify discrepancies, errors, or potential compliance risks, and take corrective actions as needed.

What You’ll Bring

College diploma; or trade apprenticeship certification

Some positions require US/CAN LTL experience
