ProPet Software Inc. is a start-up that is focused on delivering comprehensive SaaS-based management software for the professional pet care industry. We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Success Specialist to join our team and share in the growth of ProPet as we strive to become the global market leader in the pet care business software space. ProPet is currently used internationally in over ten countries.

As a member of the customer success team, you will work to consistently create an exceptional experience for all of our customers while driving to increase customer leads, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for client onboarding and account set up

Provide training sessions for new and existing customers

Provide timely answers to customer help tickets

Communicate with customers via phone support calls and emails

Contributing to the creation process of training materials (written and video)

Assisting in the growth of customer relationships, which include: increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and overall customer satisfaction

Supporting the Customer Success and Marketing teams and/or other ProPet departments, as needed

Essential Skills

Quick Learner with a knack for understanding and learning software

Excellent customer service skills

Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and demonstrating the software functionality

Likes taking initiative

Attention to detail

Prepared to make judgment decisions

Effectively prioritizes tasks and is able to meet deadlines

Qualifications

University or College graduate in Business Administration or related field

Experience in a Customer Success or Support role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Language

Fluent in English reading, writing and oral

Assets (But Not Required)

Knowledge of the French language

Knowledge of Quality of Service Protocols

Knowledge of software management practices

Experience assisting customers with limited knowledge of technologies

Experience in the pet industry

Knowledge of task-based project management software like Trello or Jira

Knowledge of Help Desk and marketing software like Zendesk and Hubspot

Knowledge of MS Excel, including the use of complex functions as applied to data formatting

Work is completely remote, with offices located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (Carlsbad Springs)
