About The RoleReporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, you will be the backbone of our customer service and administration efforts. You will work closely with the Herd Test and On-Farm Support Team Leaders at our various depots, ensuring the smooth delivery of our promises to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional support for order management, including date change management, pre-calls, master data management, and responsive phone/email support.

Record financial credit exemption reasons for late date changes and cancellations, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Actively manage customer feedback and complaints, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.

Build positive relationships with internal staff, customers, and key partners, embodying our commitment to excellent service.

Planning:

Update daily reports, truck schedules, and on-farm support services schedules, optimizing routes for efficiency.

Process customer inquiries for dates requested outside of the current planned capacity throughout the herd test season, demonstrating your problem-solving skills.

Efficiently handle incoming core orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Process yearly customer orders using customer classifications, contributing to our streamlined operations.

This is a fixed-term position lasting approximately 10 months, supporting our peak season.

About You

Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Proven experience in administrative or support roles.

Tech-savviness and good computer literacy.

A passion for delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

Dairy industry or LIC-specific knowledge, as an internal employee.

A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
