Bright Order is on the lookout for a high-energy Customer Success & Retention Specialist. In this role, you will proactively manage renewals, address cancellation calls, and strengthen customer relationships through effective dialogue. Your ability to turn risk into opportunity is essential for driving growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renewals from 90 days before expiry
• Lead renewal conversations confidently
• Execute strategies for at-risk accounts
• Conduct health-check and renewal calls
• Identify upsell opportunities through conversations
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Proven experience with renewals and cancellations
• Comfort discussing contract value and terms
• High emotional intelligence under pressure
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus
