opportunity as a Customer Service Student. This role is based in our Oakville Office and reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Principal responsibilities:

Help the team update accounts with contact names and delivery comments

Ensuring all cross-reference tables are cleaned up and corrected

Reviewing all net pricing to ensure it is up to date Responsible for clean up of obsolete items, back orders, trade price lists, merging of accounts, and verifying accurate rep is linked.

Support CSR with tracking, invoicing, and acquiring PODSKnowledge and skill requirements:

Currently enrolled in college/university

Ability to

meet daily deadlines

Help the CSR team prepare for the new SAP system
