The Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in promoting our core values by providing excellent customer service through phone & LiveChat conversations in our local call centre. Based out of our location in Abbotsford, the Customer Service Specialist will work alongside the Marketing & Education Departments to provide exceptional customer support and service.

To be successful in this position, you will:
– Connect with potential and existing clients over the phone and through our LiveChat system at our local call centre by helping them with the most appropriate services based on individual needs
– Excel with multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks, and problem-solving
– Manage your schedule and those of your team members and instructors
– Collaborate with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
Position Requirements:
– Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
– Computer literate as demonstrated through previous work experience with applications, spreadsheets and other various platforms/technology
– Clean criminal record and driver’s abstract
– Valid Class 5 or Class 7 drivers’ licence
– Attention to detail
– Innovative problem-solving skills
– Retail/sales management or previous call centre experience is an asset
This position requires the successful candidate to be fully onsite to collaborate in our energetic team environment. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6-12 months of employment.
