We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to take ownership of customer relationships, order management, and day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare estimates using PrintSmith or similar print industry software
  • Enter and manage customer orders within the production system
  • Oversee orders from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met
  • Provide customers with timely updates on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manage incoming deliveries, and issue purchase orders as required
  • Maintain organized documentation, filing, and record‑keeping
  • Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Embrace a “wear many hats” mindset with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Experience using PrintSmith or similar print industry management software
  • Mandatory: Previous experience in the Print Industry
  • Strong understanding of paper types, including grain direction and GSM
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for customer and supplier interaction
  • Experience working with digital printers is an asset

Experience with promotional products and apparel printing is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 43 per week
