Customer Service Representative/Technical Support Jobs in Remote at Flexis
What You’ll Do
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and online chats for EV Charging customers.
Review and assess customer concerns for possible troubleshooting and remote diagnostics
Ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
Educate customers on how to resolve issues
Accurately record issues and data into Ticketing System
Provide an exceptional experience to customers on a daily basis
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment
Strong attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required
Passion for delivering great customer experiences with an ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a very fast paced environment
Ability to work independently, analyze data, take, and recommend appropriate actions with minimal supervision.
Experience with documentation and SOP creation, a plus
