This onsite role provides the opportunity to bridge the technical service team with the global supply chain. You will manage warrant returns, RGA assignments, and engage in quality inspections as a critical part of the process. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize warranty returns with complete paperwork

• Assign RGA numbers for parts return

• Manage warranty acceptance and issue credits

• Compile components from sub-suppliers via RGA

• Assist in quality control inspections and repackaging

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years experience in customer service

• Knowledge of hydronic heating equipment preferred

• Analytical and interpersonal skills required

• SAP experience is a plus
