Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls, service customers at the counter and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
– Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
– Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
– Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate fluid power solutions or products
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Upsell additional fluid power products or services to customers when appropriate
– Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
– Assist with resolving billing or payment issues
Skills:
– Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle a high volume of calls
– Proficiency in English is preferred
– Strong analytical & technical fluid power skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
– Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
– Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers
