Customer Service Representative – IN OFFICE (Oshawa) Jobs in Oshawa at Aartech Canada Inc
We have an immediate full time position available as a Customer Service Representative, helping clients select the right products and solutions for their needs, resolving issues, providing product and delivery information, following up on vendor ETAs, order screening and other customer service duties.
Aartech Canada is a smart home automation & security distributor and reseller serving retail and B2B clients since 2002.
You are confident, orgnanized and outgoing, with the ability to quickly and independently learn, absorb and explain product information. Our primary lines are security systems, cameras, smart home products, audio, video, network and electrical products.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday IN OFFICE with Salary + Paid Benefits to qualified employees.
Duties will include:
Answering customer inquiries by telephone, email and live chat
Order reviewing and fraud screening
Vendor ETA updates
Update and organize CRM
Providing product & technical information to customers
Helping with product selection and configuration
Following up on customer orders, back-orders, order tracking
Liaise with other departments, vendors & couriers
Qualifications Required:
Familiar with PC, Windows applications, CRM
Customer service background
Above average typing skills
Love for technology including smart home devices
Reliable
Excellent verbal and written English
Bilingual (French) would be an asset
Ability to quickly learn and comprehend technical information
Self motivated & self directed
Great attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
