Title: Customer service Representative

Functions:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels, including direct customer and online customers.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Prepare quotes, enter and manage orders

Open accounts and verify credit

Taking and execute sales orders, communicate with warehouse staff to ensure accuracy.

Follow up on accounts receivables

Maintain our databases (CRM, ERP)

Organize exhibitions and / or seminars

Advise customers on the choice of basic products or solutions

Occasionally conduct site visits to clients or other company offices

Assist purchasing manager with logistic operations, including inbound and outbound delivery appointments.

Oversee online sales channels’ inventory level, execute online inventory replenishment orders.

Requirements:

Experience in construction/building product sales and / or customer service (minimum 3-5 years preferably)

Ability to sell and serve in a team environment

Excellent communication and personal initiative skills

Able to work with minimum supervision

Commitment to behave honestly and ethically, while providing superior customer service

Any education or training relevant to this position is an asset

To be bilingual (English, French) is not mandatory, but a an important asset

Work conditions:

Basic salary between 19$/h and 23$/h, + or – based on experience / qualifications
