Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position based in . Speaking English and Punjabi is preferrable.
Duties:
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
– Calling new potential customers on daily basis for offer and promotions
– Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and order tracking
– Enter and maintain customer data accurately in our database
– Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
– Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Experience:
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
– Quickbook Knoweldge is consider as a strength
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
– Sales experience is a plus
– Fluency in Punjabi is a plus
