Customer Service Representative/Cashier Jobs in Kitchener at Once Upon a Child – Kitchener
You should be an energetic, outgoing person who works well on a team and on your feet in a fast paced environment while lifting, bending and carrying heavy bins and tending to customers at the same time.
We need someone mature and reliable who takes pride in their work and has extensive previous retail/cash experience and ideally, Leadership or Supervisory experience. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can work mostly evenings and weekends.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Sorting and organizing bins of clothing
Tagging and hanging bins of clothing
Processing transactions with customers
Learning multiple computer systems and about hundreds of brands and products
Having a positive, pleasant attitude at all times
Climbing ladders, carrying heavy bins, working at a fast pace
If selected for an interview, we will ask you to demonstrate your skills and abilities with a 15 minute working interview.
We are only seeking people who are looking to grow into a supervisory role after successfully performing all job aspects within the 3 month probationary period.

Salary: From $16.55 per hour
