Customer Service Representative – Appliances Jobs in North York at Caplan’s Appliances

As a Customer Service Representative your role will be vital in ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

· Answering inbound customer service phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance as needed.

· Accurately inputting customer information, inquiries, and service requests into our customer service software for future follow-up and tracking.

· Contacting clients after service to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and gathering feedback to continuously improve our services.

· Schedule appliance service for customers and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

· Communicate with customers over the phone and via email to prepare them for their appliance delivery, resolve product-related service issues and answer trouble-shooting questions.

· Respond with empathy and professionalism to a variety of appliance service inquiries.

· Must be available to work on Saturdays.

Skills:

· Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the appliance industry.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.

· Excellent data entry and computer skills.

· Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

· Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.

· Familiarity with the intake methods of major appliance brands to efficiently book and coordinate customer service requests.
