Job Duties:
Provides friendly, courteous customer service when taking orders in store or over the phone
Process customer payments (in-store transactions)
Ensures till equals sales totals
Ensures image of store to standard (cleaning)
Cleans and sanitizes store’s production area after rushes
Performs customer and security call-backs
Ensures customer satisfaction
Honours Product-Service Guarantee
Attends courses relevant to position
Make pizzas and do Oven tending
Handles customer concerns
Labels boxes with order stickers
Do prepping as per the shift manager’s instructions
Wash dishes and fold boxes
Job Requirements: Education: No formal education is required but high school graduation would be an asset
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting is required (Note: Applicants with a culinary certificate or cooking diploma can be considered with less than 1-year experience)
Language: Must be able to communicate in English (functional English is required)
Essential Skills: working with others, significant use of memory, continuous learning
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, must be able to work under pressure, standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail
Personal Suitability: organized, team player, able to use good judgment and reliable
Work Setting: pizza outlet with dine-in, pick-up, and delivery services

Pay: $16.75-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
