Responsibilities
- Process customer orders from entry to completion
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules
- Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and shipping issues
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
- Provide administrative support and assist with reporting
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
✔ 2+ years of customer service, order entry, or customer support experience
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ High attention to detail
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
✔ Experience with ERP systems is an asset
Nice to Have
- Experience in wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, apparel, consumer goods, or similar industries
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Momentis, or similar
