The Role

We want someone who puts people first and who is committed to getting the best solution for our customers and our business.

The customer service team interact daily with customers on an inbound basis – responding to telephone, live chat, email and marketplace enquiries to answer product and stock questions, dealing with any queries regarding orders, deliveries, returns or customer accounts, as well helping customers to place orders.

This is a work from home position – applicants must be located in Canada.

Duties

The key duties and responsibilities of your role will include:

Dealing with customer enquiries including, but not limited to, product information and availability, advice on product types and features, progress of customer purchase orders and warranty requests.
Data entry of sales orders and communication with customers in relation to same, including sales order amendments.
Conduct customer service requests including “Track and Trace”, “Proof of Delivery” and “Returns”.
Coordination of spare parts and warranty claims including, but not limited to, assisting customers with enquiries, processing requests, completion of warranty register
Responding to customer reviews
Following customer service policies and procedures and ensuring that customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Strong internal customer service experience.
Call Centre Experience. Experience in e-commerce business preferable.
An aptitude for minor technical information and issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional skills to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
A demonstrable understanding and participation in the teamwork ethic.
Prepared to assist in overflow work from other colleagues’ positions – to assist other team members in the pursuit of the company’s overall objectives wherever necessary.
Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office (Shopify & Reamaze are a plus).
Excellent time management.
