Maple Ridge Community Management one of the largest largest Property Management companies, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering excellent customer service to our strata clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
The ideal candidate will be based in our Surrey Branch and will serve as the frontline contact for customers across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries related to billing, account verifications, balances, fee waivers, and use of TownSq
- Act as the first point of contact for technical assistance and support for products
- Provide timely troubleshooting and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Manage and respond to customer service emails within 24-48 hours
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and support other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, GoToMeeting, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach in handling customer issues
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
