Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
– Assist customers in finding products, making purchasing decisions and up-selling
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Restock merchandise as required
– Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Follow all safety and security guidelines
– Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Basic math and computer skills
– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
– Must be at least 18 years old
