Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support & assistance with their inquiries, concerns & requests. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails promptly & professionally.
Resolving customer issues & complaints in a timely and effective manner, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support as needed.
Processing purchase orders, credits, entering customer orders
Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software & Google drive
Portuguese Speaking an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
