Full job description
We are a growing, fast-paced water treatment and purification manufacturer in Barrie, Ontario, looking for a customer service representative to join our team. We are looking for a team player who works well with others.
Skills and Qualifications required:
– Customer service experience, prefer mechanically inclined person with some plumbing experience
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Problem-solving skills to assist customers
– Strong organization skills in a busy office environment
– Basic computer knowledge
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Learn water treatment and purification technologies and our products to assist customers
– Water testing for dealers and providing recommendations
– Be able to process customer purchase orders
– Identify customer needs to recommend the right product for their application
– Work with other team members to take care of customer needs
– Be able to work independently

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
