Our employees work closely with customers to find the best solution for their sealing needs. We offer an extensive line up of seals and seal-related products along with custom manufacturing capabilities to meet our customer’s needs. We take pride in providing superior customer service and products that go beyond our customer’s expectations.

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Newmarket based team. The successful candidate will be expected to do the following:

Process and confirm client orders

Provide quotes for customers on custom and inventory products

Manage Customer Service support calls on existing accounts and introduce new products and services

Maintain a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact at all times

Grow market share through building relationships and exceptional customer service

Track orders, product deliveries, and communicate with customers to provide timely updates

Develop territory management practices to maximize time spent on revenue generating activities

Generate requests for quotes from sales calls to existing and prospective customers for new products

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education as well as after-sales support

Understand all what the company can offer and provide expert technical product support

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and characteristics:

Minimum high school diploma – post-secondary, technical training, and sales experience an asset but we are willing to train the right person

Experience selling or working in an industrial repair/fluid power/manufacturing environment with knowledge of rubber or plastics is a plus

Proficient in MS Office, E360, and Evolution

Strong and confident written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Solid customer service skills

Excellent organizational habits and skills

High attention to detail

Proven problem-solving skills – can use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
