*Priority Appliance Service* is looking for a full-time *Customer Service Rep* to join us in our Richmond office from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

*What does a Customer Service Rep and Priority Appliance* *do?*

At Priority Appliance Service our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional customer service to customers calling into our office in order to schedule one of our technicians to visit their home to repair their faulty appliance.

It is vitally important that we accurately capture all of our customer’s details while also ensuring that we are helpful and friendly.

*New to the Appliance Repair Industry?* That is okay! Previous experience in the appliance industry helps, but it’s not a requirement. We have lots of experience in the industry and we are willing to teach you everything you need to know in order to fill that knowledge gap.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
