Job Description
**Salary based on experience**
Guest Service Representative commonly referred as Front Desk is the “Google” of the company, the GSR is responsible for the first and last guest interaction. Each guest is greeted by the GSR as soon as they reach the desk and each guest is given a goodbye in some fashion. During initial interaction with the guest, GSRs obtain as much information about the guest as possible (phone numbers and emails) to ensure guests receive communications from the company about upcoming events and deals
.
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests about guests expectations for the day (laser tag, arcade, bowling, Birthday, etc…)
- Knowledge of daily specials, and upcoming events
- Fast, Fun & Friendly attitude/ team player
- Can stand/walk for extended periods of time (6+ hours)
- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Work additional hours when needed
- Exercise exceptional thinking and problem solving skills, for guest interactions and concerns.
**NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, REQUIRED**
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
