We are hiring immediately for a Full-Time Customer Service Rental Agent
No experience is necessary, we offer on-the-job training!
POSITION DETAILS & COMPENSATION
Our Customer Service Rental Agent position offers a truly unique experience. Think about mixing a car rental agent and a hotel front desk agent. You will be helping our guests check-in and start their own personal adventure in a Cruise Canada RV Rental.
Check guests in and out of their RV rental
Take guests on walk-though of their unit
Explain basic functions of different parts of RV
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
“Up sell” as appropriate
