Customer Service/Order Desk Jobs in Woodstock at Dealers Supply Ltd
Tasks & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
– Answering phone
– Order entry
– Data entry and document management
– Updating all pricing in the system as well as notifying customers of price changes
– Sending out communications to all customers concerning deliveries
– Sending out all promotions
Skills & Qualifications:
– 2 plus years experience
– Ability to multitask and communicate well with others
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
– Strong initiative, organizational and communication skills and attention to details

All customer who do enter the facility are required to wear a mask, there are masks and sanitizer supplied in the office at all times, Offices are cleaned weekly and sanitized.
