About Us

We are a busy and growing auto body repair shop dedicated to providing high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our customers and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. Similar collision repair office roles typically focus on customer communication, scheduling, insurance claims coordination, and general office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule vehicle estimates, drop-offs, and pickups
  • Assist customers with insurance and claim-related paperwork
  • Communicate with insurance companies, rental agencies, and vendors
  • Provide customers with repair status updates
  • Create and maintain repair files and invoices
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support estimators, technicians, and management with administrative tasks
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Experience in the automotive, collision repair, or insurance industry is an asset
  • Familiarity with ICBC claims, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating software is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email systems
