What you will do

Help us attract and hire best talent! Det’on Cho Group of Companies is seeking an individual who passionate about people to join our team as the Customer Service & Mobile Store Attendant.

This role for focuses on Customer service and Inventory at a Mobile Store on site at Giant Mine. It will require a level of skill based on the situation and site working requirements.

This role requires the individual to provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and orderly mobile store of inventory. This will require the ability to work with computers, and must possess the ability to work with customer to problem solve to find solutions and communicate with applicable team members when required.

A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Director of Projects, your job duties include:

Consistent communication with management team to support customer needs on-site
Count and put a way stock items in an orderly fashion in mobile store
Examine and inspect items for wear, defects and expired product, reporting any damage to Edmonton team
Cycle counting of inventory
Confer and correspond with management team to rectify problems, such as damages, incoming shipment issues, non-conformances within systems team
Maintain a clean work area and mobile store at customer site
File all paperwork as required and directed
Follow all company processes and policies with regards to proper company procedures surrounding role and responsibilities
Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

Valid Class 5 Drivers License
Clean Drivers Abstract
Proficient Computer Skills
Ability to follow company processes, policies and procedures
Ability to work remotely under little supervision
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Strong sense of customer service
Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work as a team member
Strong understanding of the business needs and priorities of the Company
Possess the physical requirements to perform the job;
Possess a good work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to work in Team;
Experience working in a multicultural environment;
Strong ability to effectively communicate in English (oral and written).
Current Standard First Aid Certificate, would be an asset
Familiarity with Yellowknives Dene language, culture and way of life would be highly beneficial.
