We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing purchase orders from customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of orders. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

– Receive and review purchase orders from customers via phone, email, or online platforms.

– Verify order details including product specifications, quantities, delivery dates, and shipping information.

– Communicate with customers to clarify order details, address inquiries, and provide updates on order status.

– Coordinate with production, inventory, and shipping departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

– Track order status and maintain detailed records of all transactions.

– Address any issues or discrepancies with orders promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

– Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a bakery or food industry setting.

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Proficiency in MS Office applications and order management software.

– Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

– A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

– Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

– Assist cashiers as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
