Groupe Auto Force is looking for an Appointment Clerk to expand the team at the Business Development Center (BDC)!
You will
be the first point of contact with our sales department’s customers. Your mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience to those who contact one of our 8 dealerships via the internet, phone or email and to build a professional and trusting relationship with customers
* No experience in the automotive industry required

Location:
Pincourt (On-site)
Schedule:
35.5 hours / week
Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 8pm
Saturday from 10am to 4pm

Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries sent to us via web and phone;
Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email and web;
Coordinate appointments with a sales consultant;
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate sales appointments.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in call center, administration, customer support or customer service
Ability to
communicate with both french-speaking and english-speaking customers
Computer knowledge:
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM tools (an asset)
