Customer Service Agent (CSA)
Klinner Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented, relationship-driven Customer Service Agent (CSA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will support local clients across Northern Wisconsin by managing personal and farm insurance needs with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
Location: Medford, Wisconsin
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients
· Assist with policy changes, certificates, renewals, claims communication, and general service requests
· Work closely with the sales team, carrier partners, and internal teammates to deliver exceptional client experience
· Support clients with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Qualifications
· Prior experience in a customer service or insurance-related role is preferred, but not required
· Knowledge of Farming Industry preferred
· Willingness to obtain a Wisconsin Property & Casualty insurance license
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently
· Strong attention to detail and proficiency with technology
