We are a customer acquisition and support firm that partners with national telecommunications providers to support fiber internet and account services through in-person, customer-facing campaigns. We are actively hiring an Entry Level Representative to join our customer-facing team supporting Client services. This is a full-time, entry-level W-2 employee position role.
In this role, you will work face-to-face with customers to explain fiber internet products, assist with account questions, and support new service enrollments. This position involves customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a customer support representative, you will:
- Engage directly with customers to explain Fiber Internet services, pricing, and account options
- Assist customers with new service enrollments, upgrades, and account support
- Answer questions and resolve basic service-related concerns
- Accurately manage customer information and account documentation
- Support goals while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach
- Work closely with team members and on-site leadership to meet daily performance benchmarks
Qualifications of the Customer Support Representative:
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are interested in sales, customer service, and telecommunications
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are reliable, professional, and comfortable working with customers in person
- Are coachable and motivated to learn
- Can commit to a full-time, in-person schedule
No prior experience required , training is provided from day one.
