In this role, you will be the key driver of client relationships, responsible for nurturing some existing accounts and mostly developing new business opportunities. We are looking for someone who has experinece and wants to make this career move possibly be their last. You will mostly be educating and encouraging sign up and activity to our website. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will enable you to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ needs while expanding our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your sales expertise and technical knowledge to achieve outstanding results. We are not really selling because we dont charge directly but more education and marketing this site.

Duties

  • Grow the business! Calls Calls & More Calls Honestly, followed by emails and flyers and all the marketing we can send.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling, to engage potential clients and generate new leads
  • Build daily marketing posts with our software and make calls to customers
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities
  • Collaborate to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, educational sales with a focus on inside sales or telemarketing
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English, willingness to keep moving forward
  • Familiarity with basic software such as google chrome, and basic software understanding
  • Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to customer acquisition and retention
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Customer service orientation with a passion for building lasting client relationships
  • Quickbooks knowledge is a huge plus along with bookkeeping skills

Pay: $30,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
