Full job description
Job Summary
A key representative for customer inquiries. Respond to orders, general customer inquiries, repair or warranty questions, customer complaints and prioritize repairs. Project a professional company image through phone interaction and performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Programs Administrator to ensure that customer needs are met (i.e., answering questions and offering options on phone and email inquiries)
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Issue Return Authorization numbers to customers and preparing documentation for arrival, repair and shipment of aircraft products
Prepare and send estimates to customers, receive and process purchase orders
Prepare and issue pick lists and work orders for Production and Maintenance
Close all work orders upon completing and prepare all shipping documentation
Maintain accurate records and quality assurance documentation
Other general administrative duties and tasks that may be assigned
Minimum Requirements
Strong customer service and organizational skills
A desire to promptly respond to customer needs
Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
Ability to work independently, coordinate several activities and meet deadlines
Ability to handle occasional high-pressure situations and prioritize key daily initiatives
Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Outlook etc.
